The employees at the Subaru of Cherry Hill vehicle service center are always awesome! They always do a great job, they are friendly, they let you know before they start the work what it will cost and how long it will take. If only an hour or so I wait in their recently redone waiting room and watch TV as I enjoy coffee and a snack provided free of charge, or if it will take longer they will give me a newer model of the car I have as a loaner while they work on my car.

Generally overpriced with only mediocre customer guidance and service. Somewhat sleazy service practices: Example—failing to rotate tires as recommended by OEM schedule (for a scheduled 6k mi. service) and listing on invoice, and then claiming “it was not really needed” WITHOUT telling customer UNTIL asked. Should only use for Subaru OEM warranty or difficult repairs.
