1.Initial diagnosis on a tire noise led to expensive rim straightening but didn't solve the issue. Then it was determined a bubble on the tire. Due to the unnecessary rim straightening, dealer agreed to only charge a half price on the new tire. I actually still paid more than I needed to. 2. I complained some whining noise near the engine within warranty period. Tech claimed it's normal. A few months later, after the warranty period ended, the same noise was determined to be problematic and need expensive repair. Dealer eventually agreed to repair it without cost.
