I had a 10:00 am appt for state inspect and emissons. took the car right away. About 11:30 said the car needed RR shock absorber.Getting part from warehouse in Fort Washington. Should be there about 2:00 to 2:30. At 3:30 asked if part came in, not yet. 4:00 still no part. sent parts guy to get part at Ft Washington. Didn't get out until after 5:00.It was a logistics problem more then anything.
