Krohn's current labor rate is $135/hour. That stings especially when the service man is talking to a friend on his phone the whole time.

Although Krohn's hourly is listed at $103, the correct price is $120, and that is not including travel time.

The plumbing done by Khrone was relocation of pipes due to wall removal, kitchen renovation and master bath remodel. The primary person assigned to our project routed the kitchen water pipes through the support joistsin the basement and the work could not pass a building inspection. A structural engineer was required to devise a means to bolster the compromised support beams. This same plumber was the sloppiest plumber I believe we have ever had working on our home. Additionally, he would use our ladders and tools when he needed such rather than go to his truck and bring in his own. Our ladder was damaged. He also used our patio table as his tool bench and scratched the glass top in several places. The manner in which pipes were relocated in the walls has produced a noise problem on our first floor. The water drain from the second floor generates so much noise in the family room and kitchen that people must either shout or stop talking. It sounds like an industrial factory floor and, frankly, is embarrassing. Who wants to hear a loud toilet flush while they are eating in the kitchen. The noise is far, far louder in the kitchen than it is in the bathroom itself. There were other issues as well.
