We picked Elite Roofing for our recent roofing project after talking with a few other companies and our experience with them has been great. Starting from the initial contact and estimates and all the way through the project completion and inspection, they have acted with integrity and trust, which we value most in a contractor. They're a fairly big local company but their service is very personal and their response to any inquires or concerns has been prompt -- they would always get back to you the next day if not sooner. Things are well managed and communicated. They would also go the extra mile to help you with other issues as best as they could. In addition to roof replacement, we also had a few fascia boards and trims on the chimney facade that had some dry rot in a few areas and some other contractors had recommended to have them replaced the same time as the roof being replaced. I talked to them and they agreed to do that at a very reasonable price. They even went out to locate the materials we wanted (primed cedar), did all the measurements, and got us the right amount. They asked me to paint those first as they couldn't do that when the roofing was going on, which I gladly did. They then painted all the exposed areas after they installed the new boards and trims. Their price was also reasonable considering the shingles we went with and the warranty we got (we had NorthGate ClimateFlex that comes with their 20-year workmanship warranty and CertainTeed's 5-star warranty). We'd recommend them without any reservations.

This company was one of the few who would come look at replacing a ceiling and roof area where a skylight had been leaking as a lot of roofers don't do structural stuff. They were prompt with a quote and were able to begin work within a few weeks at the end of summer. Although I believe all the people who did the work were employees, they did come somewhat sporadically and I eventually had to be very firm with the scheduler on the phone to get the work completed, at which point it was a week later than they originally said it would be done. That said, it is now raining, and the new skylight and roof seems perfect and we are very happy with the work and the price, which was less than half what our only other quote was.
