We had a reasonably good experience selecting and installing carpeting and luxury vinyl flooring in our home. However, when it came to a warranty problem, they not only were unhelpful, but stonewalled my attempt to pursue a claim. I ended up successfully pursuing it on my own with the manufacturer, but it was a very time consuming ams frustrating experience. I would not use them again.

I used this company to have an old wall-to-wall carpet removed. They only sent one man to do this and it was very time consuming and difficult for him. He finally called and had someone come to help him. I have ordered new carpet from them, but it hasn't arrived yet. The store personnel were helpful and I was able to take samples back to my house.
