I've been impressed with every PT who has helped me at Albany PT. Every visit is tailored to how I'm doing at that point. The space is pleasant and arranged to give reasonable privacy to multiple clients. The office administration is well organized and pleasant to work with.

Liz has helped me avoid surgery on my knees which both have torn minuscus and kept me active. She very wisely gave me a maintenance program which I can do in 10 minutes every day. Because it is not a lot of time, I do them 95% of the days in a year. If I don't do them, my knees let me know I need to.
