We used this kennel just a few times. Several things that were less than satisfactory. We asked about all the fees before leaving our dog yet were charged the day we picked up our pet because they open late in the afternoon. The staff worker did not disclose this when we asked upfront about charges to expect. We asked if the owner could call back to discuss but they never did. Lastly, our dog was pretty traumatized when we picked it up. Very unusual as the dog has been kenneled elsewhere.
