Cal-Bay installed a high efficiency gas furnace several years ago. It has saved me gas and performed flawlessly. After the Napa earthquake the exhaust flu was shaken out of alignment causing the roof around it to leak. They came out on a house call and spent hours fixing it. The only charge was for the house call...They just don't advertise as much as the big companies. I wish they would, because they are an excellent company.
