New location in Southampton Center, Benicia. Quest is a model of impersonal. There is no one to greet you at a desk, it is a robotic approach to customer service. I went in w/o an appt, signed it and waited and waited. No one else was there. After ten min, another person walked in, they had an appt, and we listened as someone inside yelled in pain! The patient walked out about 5 min later, tears in eyes!!! After 15min, I left. Better to go to another lab...
