I had been going to Matthew for the last 5 years and found him to be personable. I am very sad to say that I am so disappointed and disgusted with the service I have received specifically for this year. I received a notice from the IRS stating that I owed more money. It took over 3 months for him to respond to me. He then claimed he was sending info to the IRS that I had forwarded to him and it should all be ok. Not the case. I again received a notice from the IRS. I tried to follow up with him by email and phone call to ask him to forward me what he had sent to the IRS and he has completely ghosted me. His assistant Jennifer (who he throws under the bus) is not any better she was supposed to have sent me the printed version of my taxes ( 4 different filings that I'm paying him for) she has been telling me they were being sent out for the last 4 months and then the last time I spoke to her she said she couldn't do it and Matthew had to. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS especially for something as important as your taxes! Show less
