Our Payne furnace stopped working correctly in the cold of mid-winter. We were charged over $400 for a new circuit board and for 1.5 hours of labor at over $200/hour, so a total of $781.65 including sales tax on the parts. The repair solved the problem. We don't have enough experience with pricing this type of work to comment on whether the charges are or are not competitive. Overall, we are pleased.
