Recommended
Quest switched to a reservations system with no notice. Their automated check-in system said I could be tested within an hour, but after an hour, when I was finally able to get the attention of staff, I was told they were fully booked up until the end of the day, and could only be tested if they had a no-show. This is the fault of top management, not of the staff onsite.
