She includes homework, consisting of cultivating positive patterns of spousal interaction.
My wife and I have a relatively unorthodox marital "contract," but Ms. Wise was not judgmental about that at all. I'd recommend her to any couple (or larger intimate grouping) seeking help with hot button issues or patterns of communication that are not constructive.
