Phone staff very pleasant and efficient, I was able to see an excellent orthopedics specialist within a couple of days, and had my elbow drained, wrapped, and received medication and care instructions. This experience was excellent. UCSF medical services provided the care, and their requirement to set up an online account and communicating with their invoicing services left much to be desired. Instructions for setting up the online account and logging in were not very clear at all.
