Insufficient staff given the # of people in the waiting area. The clinicians are super busy/pressured, so the stress affects ability to listen. Wait time usually around an hour, sometimes longer. Error with a lab collection required a return visit and I was billed for both lab services. Limited in-network insurance can be an issue for some people (I forget - maybe due to not accepting Medicare Advantage plans? And they don't accept Medi-Cal... cannot recall about CoveredCA plans.) Employer plans & I think full/traditional Medicare is accepted.

I feel I am in good hands at this Urgent Care. They are organized with usually a reasonable wait time and their staff is very helpful.
