I'm very happy with my experience with A-1 On Track Sliding Doors. I called Gus on Wednesday morning and described my problems (a 60-year-old pocket door that kept jamming, a sliding glass door lock whose handle felt a little loose, and two large sliding vinyl windows that required a lot of effort to move and wouldn't open all the way). He quoted me a price (including the senior and Yelp discounts) and we scheduled the appointment for the next afternoon. Felix and Kevin arrived as promised and started to work. Two hours later, they'd: * replaced the old broken "J-hook" mechanism on the sliding door with a modern trolley-track slider with a lifetime guarantee. * checked the sliding glass door lock and said it was fine; Felix explained that the play I was seeing in the handle was normal. No charge. * Cleaned the tracks and bottoms of the sliding windows, removing excess weatherstripping that was bunching up and causing them to stick. They also told me to use Armor-All Protectant to keep the tracks clear in the future. They'd also cleaned up everything, leaving no mess behind. Everything was done as promised, and everything glides beautifully! 10/10 - no notes. Thanks!

This rating is for repair of a sliding glass patio door. Price was quoted over the phone. It was a bit higher than the other quote I received, but they didn't require a deposit before scheduling an appointment. The technicians were prompt, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. I would definitely call them again if I had the need.
