Very helpful with providing info to help me understand my options for heat pump installation. I will be waiting 8 or 10 months before installing so can't rate those aspects.

I got 4 estimates to get my furnace and A/C units replaced (3 Carrier and 1 Rheem). Three of the four companies were very professional with their estimates and left me with a good feeling. The other one, not so much. Ronnie from ACS was extremely thorough and detailed. I chose ACS because their bid was the lowest of the 3 Carrier dealers. George and Chris from ACS installed the furnace and A/C units in 1.5 days. Everything has been working perfectly for 60 days now. George is one of the most meticulous and detailed people I have ever met. His work is impeccable. If you get a chance, ask for George. You will thank me later.
