Haddon installed a system for us in 2020. That was mostly good. However, we've since needed some service, and it has become apparent that they're all about the sales and not at all about service. Their automated phone system only allows for a call-back from them. You cannot reach a human. You must leave a message, and they are very bad at returning calls, to the point where you feel you are being actively ghosted. This makes their warranty useless.

There was a bumpy start in setting up the appointments, getting the crew to arrive, as well as finishing the job satisfactorily the first time. The installers worked hard that last day and left my house at about 9:30 pm. However, they didn't start that day until early afternoon. When they left, the air conditioning system didn't work (nor heating). A week later (and a few phone calls by me), a senior technician came out and fixed the problem in about 10 minutes (the installers didn't connect the neutral wire....therefore no power). It's good that I didn't need my furnace that week. Overall, the rest of the installation was good and the permit was finaled by the City expeditiously and with no problems. The staff at the Hadden office was generally courteous and responsive (although sometimes hard to reach). The total cost was lower than the competition and no-interest financing (via Home Depot) made the total package worthwhile. I recommend them if you want a good price, product, and an acceptable install (if you are willing to tolerate a few "bumps" in the road).

Haddon was the contractor providing service through Costco. Their prices were competitive even before the Costco rebate. Their work was done neatly and efficiently; their staff was pleasant to have here (especially estimator John Adams). They were able to readjust the schedule to accommodate us (moved the installation earlier).
