Furnace was installed and is crooked. Also, they did not send it on the platform and blocking the door to the backyard. Did not tell me that existing refrigerant lines had to get replaced. Very sloppy work had to come back several times to repair.

I asked Perfect Star for a bid on a heat pump. The contract for the proposed work specified certain costs that the "Owner" was responsible for. Perfect Star told me that "Owner" referred to the owner of the business, not the homeowner, which cannot be right, as the contract also referred to the "Contractor's" responsibilities. Not trustworthy.

Perhaps no different that other AC companies. More interested in selling you a new system than repair. I asked representative the cost of freon if my AC system needed it. She said the tech will tell you the cost. Huh! They can't tell you that cost over the phone? A salesperson did come out and subsequently gave a cost to replace the system. Estimate was double another AC company's estimate.
