I hired Stoddard Plumbing to fill in an abandoned septic tank that turned up on my property… It was very expensive, because I was paying the sole proprietor to do the work at plumber’s rates. However, a permit got approved and filed, and he was both super fast and knowledgeable. The backend, office part of the operation is less so. This is a good outfit if you need expert work - which is a good idea with septic. You are paying the cost of having one individual who isn’t hiring less expensive labor for shoveling dirt, etc. so it won’t be cheap.
