The front desk staff are wonderfully pleasant and helpful. Free parking across the street. Audiologist Ella Stimson is knowledgeable and helpful. They take appointments and also have walk-in hours.

Laura Street is superb - extremely patient. The choice of products is excellent, and with all of the perks quite competitive with Costco. After the patient's acceptance of a particular model though, the patient must wait 3 years before a different hearing aid can be obtained at a discount. I have gone thru several trials with hearing aids. The ones I've had developed a problem with sound quality. They were sent back twice for the same problem (which was heard by the audiologist). They were never properly repaired. I was loaned 2 pairs by a different manufacturers. The 2nd pair, after different attempts at programming, turned out to be fine. BUT now I have to wait until April, 2023 to buy them at a discount. However, I now know what works best for my needs. 2 CAUTIONS: NONE OF THE AVAILABLE HEARING AIDS ARE MUCH GOOD AT REDUCING BACKGROUND NOISE SUCH AS IN RESTAURANTS, AND NONE OF THEM ARE ANY GOOD AT ALL FOR MUSIC - THEY ARE DESIGNED STRICTLY FOR SPEECH INTELLIGIBILITY. THEY WILL DISTORT THE SOUND QUALITY OF MUSIC. THESE 2 DEFECTS ARE READILY ADMITTED BY BOTH COSTCO AND KAISER.
