I have lived in the same Condominium complex for 31 years and served on the Board of Directors of the Homeowners Association in the early years. Common Interest Managementj Services has served as our management company for the past three years. We have never had such good, professional management in the 30+ years before they took over. I am amazed they were willing to tackle this project and all its problems of age, low reserves and faulty previous management, but they were willing and they are doing an amazing job of getting this Association back on track and catching up with neglected replacement and repairs of common areas and structures. The staff are professional in behavior, knowledgeable and fully committed to excellent customer service. They provide all this despite some of the less cooperative and unpleasant Association members they have to deal with on an almost weekly basis. Every condominium association should be so lucky as to have the sense to hire Common Interest Management Services. I only wish we had found them sooner.

I have lived in the same condominium complex for 35 years. During that time I have served on the Board of Directors at least 5 times and when not on the Board have been active in contributing information and suggestions to the Board. During that time we have contracted with a number of difference HOA management services. Some did a fair job, but had personality conflicts with some of the more prickly board members, others didn't show up and at least one was a near disaster. What a delight then to finally have a Board that had the sense to hire Common Interest Management Services. Staff is well trained, experienced, professional, offers excellent customer service and responds promptly to inquiries from residents. They have provided badly needed guidance to the Board of Directors and are intent on correcting long neglected structural problems and restoring the financial integrity of the association. While we continue to face some problems with member participation and the Board's reluctance to take tough stands and spend money to eventually save money, I have full confidence that the support and guidance CIMS provides will turn this association in the correct direction. Indeed, I already see signs of that happening.
