Moore installed a heat pump system. What we chose, mini-splits, were very expensive, but solved our problems. We love the system. The worker who closed the vents and sealed the closed where the furnace had been located did not do a very good job, but Moore's employees were excellent.

The have raised their prices for maintenance considerably! I will have to use someone else for maintenance. Also 2 years ago I purchased all new HVAC and replaced the ductwork.

We replaced our 1950’s gas heater with four mini splits. The process was efficient from initial contact (estimate) to installation. All employees were respectful of our house and us. One little glitch was reported a day after install and taken care of immediately, all in the same day. Excellent response. We are enjoying the quiet heat from the units, and are looking forward to cooling in the summer. Not inexpensive by any means but we feel we got good value in working with such an experienced and well managed company.
