Rob made an extra effort to come and correct our heater problem on the same day we called him. He was courteous and professional. explaining to my wife (who was the one home when he came) what was wrong and what the options were to fix it. We were very pleased with the results!

I highly recommend this company. El Cerrito heating came to my Oakland home only an hour after I called and discovered that the gas furnace only needed a filter replacement. PG&E inspected the furnace a few days before and said he igniter needed to be replaced and that is what I asked to be done when I called. Obviously, the technician was an honest person. Problem solved in five minutes and the tech asked for less than the minimum of what they charge for a House call.

I actually did have a problem with the initial installation of new heating ducts, but they rectified the problems at no extra charge, and did an excellent job!
