They also charge $25 for a printed bill. My insurance has irregular co-pays depending on the service provided, so I often don't know what I owe until later and cannot pay at the time of service. When I last used Innovations, there was no option to pay online through a portal, so I found the charge for a printed bill obnoxious.
Still, I overlook those annoying policies because I like the PTs I've worked with there very much.
