Primary partner we worked with retired. The first year, notified shortly before filing deadline that we owed a substantial amount that we scrambled to pay. After giving them the benefit of the doubt, the second year, they made a mistake that was in our favor. Year three, we discontinued their service

Not Recommended
Very slow in service and responsiveness. I would leave messages and may have to leave a 2nd message before I get a call back. The last 2 years, the accountant requested an extension on my tax returns. I did not have last year tax return filed with IRS until July 2020 for my 2019 tax return. I have had my tax returns processed by this firm since 2010 with no problems until the last 2 years.
