I asked them to help me purchase a new desktop computer. The computer they got for me was twice the size of the 10-year-old computer I was replacing, and worse still, twice as slow. They would not accept responsibility for the slow processing or give any help to fix it. I'm stuck with an extremely slow computer. An unsatisfactory transaction in every way.

I've used Computer Courage two or three times now. On each visit, the tech has solved my problem quickly and performed a few helpful tasks on my computer, all within the minimum time frame. Hire them whenever you have a problem with your computer.
