When you want Toyota glass, Toyota dealerships replace the smaller windows that go up and down but not any glued in windows. The people who answer the phone do not know this, so have them check with a service advisor. Call them right away to order the glass from the warehouse. The glass we needed was on backorder but we drove 90 miles to another Toyota dealership to pick up the glass. We brought it back to Fremont Toyota to install it.
