Ryan came twice. Once the arm that opened my ancient rattle-trap door was bent. He came and replaced it and then gave me a similar piece of metal so I could do it myself if it happened again. What repair person does that!? When I finally decided to get a new door, he walked me through the options, talking me out of replacing the motor (again, who does that?!), and then installed the door, fitting it perfectly. I live in a 1929 stucco house that has settled and the angles are not squared, so the fit was not easy. He spent the time and did a really great job.
