I brought a maple bedroom furniture set to Rich that had been in a house fire. He provided an initial estimate and was very efasive on the status of when the furniture would be ready. He then contacted me indicating the job was done and he had only done part of one piece of furniture and wanted a significant increase the the cost. It was a straight forward job as nothing was hidden on the furniture. I ended up picking up the furniture (which was not easy as it was many pieces) without the job being complete.
