Improperly billed for a service. Refuse to rectify the issue. Will no longer take blood unless we pay a bill that is not ours. Quest holds a monopoly on blood draws in this area, so it has been increasingly difficult to obtain care for an elderly, disabled family member with chronic, life-threatening illnesses.
