Prompt to respond. Provided very good communication at every step. Work seemed very thorough. Price seemed a little higher than other providers but they provided a senior discount that made price in line with other HVAC service providers.

Initially, this was my favorite company. Recently, they made appointments and never showed up - and never called, either. I had to call them several times to reschedule. Also, although they are supposed to bring the fans each time I have a service, they always forget. I am done with this company and need to find new heating and air conditioning service companies. They also don't seem very skilled at recommending solutions to common problems.
