Dr. Steffes always explains the cost and potential benefit of any treatment or medication, as well as alternatives. He has the experience to be able to recommend exploring the most common causes for a pet's problem, rather than throwing a whole raft of expensive tests at once, until a firm diagnosis is reached. He is very busy, so emergency appointments are difficult to obtain.

The vet & staff are SUPER helpful & every single person there has ALWAYS been very friendly, caring, patient & very supportive. We've seen allot of vets over the years, but we're a 1st time cat family & they've been more than understanding & kind to all of our crazy questions & concerns. Our cat has some medical issues recently & the vet has called us multiple times & has ALWAYS spent as much time as we needed to better understand what's going on with our cat (& cats in general!). She gives us allot of info without talking over our heads, answers ALL of our questions (we knew NOTHING about cats before this) even if we've asked before & has never ever made us feel dumb or silly. She's also been extremely patient with us & has never rushed thru our conversations or hurried us off the phone.
