We engaged Mr. Rieger for taxes connected to an estate and for tax advice on the use of 529 funds for college expenses. Mr. Rieger succeeded in getting the taxes filed, but was not especially knowledgeable. He was quite expensive. Furthermore we paid a lot more in taxes than was necessary.
