Bella Turf and Greens installed artificial turf in my backyard. He brought in a crew of six and they were rushing through the job. The metal edging is sticking up above the turf approximately 1 to 2 inches. When asked why it wasn't level with the turf, Tony claims it was to block the dirt from getting on the turf. The real reason is he under estimated the amount of fill required. Very noticeable and it's unsightly. They also cut the turf too short where it meets the metal edging so there is a 1/2" gap .
