Rating is for hospice. There are some lovely dedicated volunteers and some nice employees, but there were also some significant communication issues/lapses and disorganization that affected the care and quality of life for the patient and added unnecessary stress for their loved ones. No follow up on issues raised and no communication after the patient's death, even when bereavement support had been offered at the time of death and they said someone would be in contact -- never happened.
