We've used Anthony's for a number of years now. Our pool "technician" has always been the same man whose cell phone we have in case of an emergency (VERY RARE); and he responds quickly. Oscar is great! I'm not sure how the cost is compared with other companies, but for reliability and responsiveness Anthony's is A+. Our pool has always been happy since we signed up with Anthony's many years back.
