They replaced 2 vertical blinds for sliding doors. The staff are very knowledgeable with the product for recommendations. The scheduling and communication were smooth.

Windows and Beyond are a certified Hunter Douglas store. Adella handled the purchase of two blinds for a bedroom. She was knowledgeable, reliable, friendly, and patient. All in all, a great experience and a great product. The installer she sent out was outstanding. It took some time to choose a color because the samples were small so trying to get an idea of what the color looked like with the light coming through was challenging. The installer also showed me a trick on how to adjust the roller blind in the living room so they wouldn't fray. Their blinds are more expensive than stores like 3-day blinds, but they will last so much longer. The ones I was replacing were 30 years old and the strings broke so they were inoperable.
