can visit in person, but many tasks are accomplished via a log-in tool (TeamViewer). Personable and in most cases, has already heard about the type of problem I'm experiencing. Sometimes the issues are a stubborn Windows OS system problem. He's been responsive to my urgent text msgs, which is enormously reassuring!

These people claimed to be able to install ethernet cabling for security cameras but could not do it. They charged me hourly for their incompetence and left me with a broken system that cost five times what the estimate had been and was close to be of negative value. Do not give them your credit card number before the job is done or you may have to fight them in court.
