In a pressingly acute situation, they advised me by phone to go to a particular urgent care facility to get a particular procedure, instead of going to the ER. I went to the urgent care and they don't do that procedure! A total waste of time in a stressful situation, since I had to go the the ER after that anyway and endure more delays, etc.
