Contracted with firm for small residential remodel job. There's a clear depth of experience and dedication to craft. In a couple of cases they missed details in the design I thought I had requested but my understanding is that's common in a client-architect relationship and when I pointed them out they were quickly fixed. Professionalism of drawings seemed to help with approval process for city and homeowners association.
