Very expensive and slow. Never answer their phones. Can't reach the service manager.

Took our Prius in for a recall (airbags IIRC). The service writer called later to say we had "a massive oil leak" that he could fix today for "only $2600." I asked him to send me a picture, as I'd just changed the oil the day before and knew the underside of the engine was totally clean, and it had never used any oil between 10,000-mile changes. He focused on a small area near the timing cover than had some oil seepage over a few square inches. Pfft. Since it had 130,000 miles I figured that was doing well. I declined the work, obviously. But this was clearly a scam.
