Our 30+ year old steel manual garage door spring finally but the dust, and we called Action Overhead Door Company based on five positive reviews. I’m happy to add a sixth. They accommodated my need for a short (2-hour) window soon after my call. Zovie arrived a few minutes into that time window, having fixed my net door neighbor’s gate latch (for free) on the way. He was friendly, pleasant, confident, and efficient. He replaced the worn out spring, used the existing cables since they had no fraying, took the old spring for recycling, and left everything clean and working well within within 35 minutes or so.

Delighted to have landed on this local company. A previous company I'd worked with overcharged me, didn't fix the problem, and tried to sell me a part I didn't need. The technician, Zovie, was great.
