My housemate was in poor health and qualified for this service. They gave excellent care to him. A care giver came twice a day to help with medications, blood pressure, and blood sugar monitoring. A nurse would come about 2x per month to do a more thorough check up. The doctor would do a video call with him once a month. They delivered bag lunches and prepared dinners for him to last the week. A physical therapist would visit and work with him after he had a pace maker implant surgery that his doctor coordinated. All of this was paid for through Medicare/Medicaid. All of the staff gave exemplary care.
