The Center for Elders Independence provided excellent care for my aging friend. They had a health aide come twice a day to check blood pressure, glucose level, check overall health, and give insulin shot. After an acute hospitalization, they sent a physical therapist 2x per week for 4 wks. There were medical team FaceTime conferences with patient and doctor/med staff once per month. They also have a day activity program, gym, and lunch at their facilities with transportation vans. It was very impressive. I was able to witness while my friend rented a room at my home.
