We switched our Berkeley multi-family building to Selborne Properties after more than 40 years with a different property manager. The change was like night and day. When something needs to be done, even complex things like dealing with City of Berkeley staff, Tim Browne has been great. If a mistake is made, he takes responsibility and makes it right. He uses AppFolio which is the standard of the property management world and has customized our management report so we get exactly what we want each month. I highly recommend Selborne Properties for any owner in the Berkeley / Oakland area.
