Grossly overpriced. Damage the trash cans. Use cameras to identify trash. If the trash violates their standards, they send threatening letters, despite a lack of evidence that the homeowner is responsible for the trash that violates their standards. When this issue was presented to their staff, they indicated that it would not be a problem. Wouldn't recommend, but I am stuck with the City of Albany's contract. $60 a month for 30 seconds a week of contact with my trash cans.

If we had a choice would use someone else. Oakland has a contract with them. One of the highest contracts in the nation! They don't consistently empty the can and miss frequently enough. The response, we will remind them and they will get it next week?
