Because of COVID, only staff is allowed inside the building. You park and let them know you have arrived, they will come to the car to take your pet inside. Vet calls you for consultation. I enjoyed this type of visit, just sit back and let them do all of the work

The McDonalds of vets. If you need a vaccine or something simple, they seem to be OK. Anything more than that they cannot handle. You cannot see the same vet each time you go as they rotate. Their vets come and go so you often get a new inexperienced vet. They used to be less expensive than other vets but they have raised their prices so they no longer are a cheaper alternative. You often have to wait on hold forever to make an appointment or reach a receptionist. Some of the office workers are nice but many of them are incompetent and cannot communicate the message you left for your vet. This causes issues with your pet's treatment. Overall a big disappointment.
