Poor communication. Owner was difficult to reach throughout project, unless he wanted money. Had to pay another contractor to properly rebuild retaining wall and drainage. Pool remodel has leaked 3 times and the owner himself admitted the pool work was "sub par". After months of promises that his team would repair had to hire outside agency to repair. AVOID!!!!

We had used them before for installing and repairing lights and they were fine. Then my husband hired them to remove several trees and plant new ones in their place. We discussed in detail which trees would go in. We went to a nursery and sent photos of the tress we wanted. We were very clear. The owner did not take notes. One day I arrived to see an extra tree that we never wanted, getting ready to be planted in a space that we never approved. He crew also severely pruned half the yard before I stopped them. The foreman was brutal to the workers and swore at them. Some plants have never recovered. Drains were covered by bark and it took several weeks before someone came to get the unwanted large tree from our yard.
