Answers questions quickly giving advice on products and how to use each product. Has a small flower/plants area in the back. If the desired product not available, they give alternate product, order, or which other carrier may have product.

Staff, even the "youngsters" are trained and knowledgeable, and when asked something they don't know get somebody who does, rather than randomly making stuff up like some of the help at big box hardware stores. For a relatively small store they have an amazing amount of stuff, including a better selection of stainless steel fittings (needed in Pacifica) than any of the big box stores, and without the uncertainty of internet ordering (lots of counterfeit stuff being sold). I'm willing to pay an increment more rather than going to Home Depot, Lowes, or randomly ordering stuff off of Amazon.

Our local hardware store with helpful folks and snacks at the counter. The employees are very knowledgable, which helps a lot, because I’m not. I only have industrial and car knowledge… Recommended.
